- Return within 30 days after date of delivery to boutique
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Gifts = exchange only for different item or items making up the value of original
- Shipping costs not refunded but second delivery is free
- Shipping cost only refunded if error in fulfillment or damaged goods
- Return to boutique: Store Credit or Exchange only, within 30 days

- Defect or error order: Reimbursed or replaced if notified within 8 days from delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Change of mind: Refund within 7 days of delivery, refund and customer bears return shipping cost
